Mumbrella Finance Marketing Summit has announced more speakers, with executives from Kantar, American Express ANZ and Decision Design set to present at the in-person event.
As the world tumbles in uncertainties and disruptions, the health and retirement system is facing increasing complexities. Consequently, it is important now more than ever for finance marketing to speak to the right audience and reflect nuanced sentiments from different generations.
Presenting exclusive research, Kantar’s executive director qualitative, Carolyn Reid, and American Express ANZ’s vice president corporate affairs and communications, Megan Whiteside, will explore how Australians now engage with savings and investments and dissect their pursuit of financial autonomy.

Meanwhile, Tara Ness, managing director of Decision Design, will present a first look into new research on how finance consumers prioritise information and make decisions.
Ness will elaborate on the conclusion that, since consumers not always make decisions in a logical way, it comes down to finance marketers to construct moments of active choice for them. The session will feature real-world case studies from superannuation, insurance and banking organisations.
The new speakers will join an existing lineup of industry leaders, including Gerard Farrell (CEO, Global Reviews), Clea Baker (head of performance, Bupa) and Evan Rollins (founder, Drumline Digital).
The Mumbrella Finance Marketing Summit will take place on 11 August at Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney. Earlybird tickets are on sale now.
